Prayer can help shape our community and the world at large. This is why we host prayer vigils as a witness to our communities. Some of these vigils take place during the General Assembly Sessions; others are in response to tragedy, such as the Vigil in Memory of Lawrence King.
Even if you cannot attend a People of Faith vigil, you can join with us in prayer as we pray for equality for the LGBT community. We hope the prayers that follow will be a source of inspiration and hope for you and your community.
